(1) Arrival, travel to TVU (TSN airport SGN-TVU: 2.5 hours trip)

> 09:00 & 14:00 - TSN airport (SGN) pick-up only

> 12:00 - Lunch at Tra Vinh Guest House

> 12:00 to 17:00 - Guest House registration

> 18:30 - Dinner at Tra Vinh Guest House

(2) Conference

> 06:30 - Breakfast at Tra Vinh Guest House

> 07:30 - Delegation pick-up to TVU

> 08:00 - Joint conference

> 13:00 - Delegation pick-up to TVU

> 13:30 - Joint conference (cont.)

> 17:00 - Back to Tra Vinh Guest House and Dinner

(3) Travel to Can Tho (2.5 hours trip)

> 06:00 - Breakfast

> 06:45 - Departure

> 09:30 - Welcome Ceremony at CTU, Hall 4 8th Floor, Administration Building

> 10:00 - Consortium meeting (conference participants - NOT in the Consortium - are proposed to visit My Khanh Tourist Village (cost 70.000 VND ~ USD 3))

> 12:30 - Lunch, Guest House, CTU Campus I

> 13:45 - CTU tour (College of Engineering, Maker Space, Hi-Tech Building)

> 15:00 - local start-up village / Korean-Vietnam Incubator Park

> 17:30 - Hotel check-in

> 18:30 - Farewell party, Hotel "Doan 30"

> 20:30 - Return to Hotel

(4) Leaving

> 05:30 - Floating Market tour

> 07:00 - Breakfast

> 08:00 - Hotel check out

> 08:15 - Travel to TSN airport (SGN: 3,5 hours trip)

All return flights should have departure time after 14:00
